Women who have had a mastectomy or partial mastectomy are eligible for VAT Exemption on the purchase of mastectomy bras for their own use, under Group 12 of Schedule 8 of the VAT Act 1994. I claim relief from Value Added Tax under Group 12 of Schedule 8 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994.
